Multi-WAN secondary WAN data usage

I've been using Multi-WAN fail-over with Cox cable as primary and Starlink as secondary. It's always shown data on the secondary fail-over WAN with a minimal amount of data flow. Recently (not sure when) I'm seeing as much if not more data usage on the secondary WAN (Starlink) and not sure why.

  Does this happen all the time? Do you have any devices manually route to the standby? (check your "routes" button)
