Hi,

I have the following setup.

ISP provided router > FWP>  Aruba AP11's throughout the house.

I have been having trouble getting the Xbox working on multiplier games, sometimes my NAT status is open, other times it's 'unavailable'. There has been no pattern as to why or when and not 9 times out of ten it doesn't work. 

I've tried enabling UPnP, having forwarded ports as per MS' recommendations, I've even tried putting the device in emergency access but no success. 

My ISP's router is pretty basic, but have put the FWP into the DMZ and everything forwarded to it. I did think maybe double NAT'ing?

Any thoughts?

  Update

  Seems to work fine when connected on the LAN so feels like this is more of an AP issue? will continue to investigate.

  Have you tried with turning off QoS tagging on the xbox?
