Delivery Issues
Please could somebody get back to me about my shipment please? I've just been informed by UPS that they are sending the item back to you even though the customs and taxes have been settled.
I was told that it's all in your hands now to arrange a redelivery of this item. I learned about the customs and tax charges when I received a letter through the door after the driver was unable to deliver the package. I paid this charge the following day.
This was the earliest I could possibly have settled it, yet they've still started a return to sender process. here's a rundown of what happened:
1) I ordered x2 Firewalla Purple on 25th October
2) I hear nothing from Firewalla or UPS until 22nd November
3) I'm told by letter that I owe customs and tax
4) I pay this on the 23rd November
5) I check UPS tracking on 28th November and am told the item is returning to sender.

I have cctv footage to prove I was in the office on these days and no delivery attempts were made. Neither did they leave any cards or documents to say they had attempted delivery or that I owed customs/tax charges.
The first I heard about this was on the 23rd November when I received a letter which I then paid on the same day but by the looks of it they had already started the return process on the 22nd so they never even gave me a chance to pay the taxes before they sent it back.
