Port forwarding when using imported OpenVPN profile.

I am using an imported OpenVPN profile (.ovpn) for PureVPN in my firewalla gold. It is working quite well for the workstation that it is assigned to. I have a port forwarded in the rules in the fwg. When using a remote port checker, it shows that port as open when testing the assigned IP address for my FiOS service. It does not show that port as being open when pointing the remote port checker at the OpenVPN up address from PureVPN. I am pretty sure this a function of PureVPN which is an additional cost, but is there anything I can try to get that port forwarded on the PureVPN OpenVPN assigned IP address?

  Are you using firewalla 1.975? and app 1.52? the VPN port forwarding is there.

  I do have later than those versions listed but I am clearly missing something as I don't see any way to forward a port when using an imported openvpn .ovpn file. I do have a port forwarded and remote port testing works on the ip address assigned from my router but *not* on the VPN assigned address.

  Are you using the FWG? or FWP? See https://help.firewalla.com/hc/en-us/articles/10221985597331-Firewalla-Box-Release-1-975-App-Release-1-52
