New device found

    The app and/or the device keeps re-listing and asking me to allow/block my devices. I shut it down please get back to me for troubleshooting or guidance

    Jean, just created a ticket on this so we can track.   You should get the email, can you please include the following information?

    1. what router you are using?

    2. are you using iPhone or Android?

    3. which email did you register your app as?

    Are you able to go into the app, and tap on devices, and see if you see any devices?
