Access to bridged modem with Firewalla interface being used in PPPOE setup

Has anyone had success when accessing bridge modem with Firewalla doing PPPoE connection?

I have a Draytek Vigor 167 in bridge mode connected to the Firewalla which is doing PPPoE but unable to access the bridge modem. This was possible using old modem and the same bridge modem. Static IP has be added to interface modem is connected to eth0 and static route added. If I place old modem before Firewalla and set it to use DHCP it works and can access the bridge modem.
