Switching to new Fibre Modem HHub 4000

I am moving from slow copper to 1.5GbE fibre internet.

I would like to use a Firewalla Gold Plus in Router Mode with a SAGEMCOM BROADBAND SAS Home Hub 4000 (FAST 5689) and an TP-Link AX6600 Tri-Band WiFi 6 Router in Access Point Mode.

I understand the HHUB4000 has for Bridge Mode "Advanced DMZ" and "PPPoE passthrough" as alternatives. All items should connect via 2.5GbE ports.

Will the Firewalla Gold Plus work here, with maximum wire speed?

  The Gold Plus if running in PPPoE mode, will likely get you 1.7 to 1.8Gbit (upload) and >2 gigabit (download), so in theory should be okay. (we have not tested with your service provider, if they are not too off, then you should close to this number).

  No idea what a advanced Dmz is

  Thanks for the input. Sounds good. Worth a try... Guess I'll be pushing the button on a Gold Plus purchase!
