I have a Purple from KS and it was always plug in play in bridge mode... until recently. For some reason or another, I can no longer connect to the Synology NAS internally (LAN) or externally (cloud). Everything else seems to work fine. This started about a week or so ago. I don't recall of any recent updates on either devices. My NAS had two LAN ports that were bonded with the IP being assigned by DHCP of the Xfinity router.
What should I be checking/troubleshooting? The NAS works fine when I plug directly to the router but when the firewalla is between the 2, the NAS has no connection. TIA.
