Firewalla Purple and Synology NAS no longer playing nicely

    Try disabling the port bonding on the NAS and see if that resolves your issue. I think I saw elsewhere that the Synology NAS port bonding does not use LACP, but instead uses some weird MAC address tricks.

    And when you do a port forward, port forward to an IP address instead of a device.

    Did you port forward to IP instead of using the device? We helped one other person had similar issues on reddit and it worked when he did that.

    Where would I do the port forward?  I never had to do anything other than plug it in before...

    Sorry, i did not know you are in bridge mode. If you are in that mode, firewalla is pretty transparent, unless you block the connection, you shouldn't have any issue. But do check your upstream router and make sure it is forwarding traffic to the IP address of your NAS.

    For some reason or another, it doesn't show on my Xfinity router.  It acts as if it's not connected even if it's connected directly to my router and not through the Firewalla.

    Let me try another router
