LAN to LAN Rule for Port and IP Combination

I have 2 LAN.  Private and Public LAN.  Public LAN has a rule that blocks all traffic "To" Private LAN from "Public LAN".   I then add a rule that would allow only Port "xx" from Public LAN to Private LAN.  That opens up that port to any machine using that port.  Is there a way to limit the port access to a single IP only on Private LAN from Public LAN?  I was trying to see if there was a way to open port 224 to IP Address 10.0.2.23 only from Public LAN to Private LAN.

  Select "IP Address" as the target for your rule. You can specify ports (and port ranges) along with the address. The only downside is you have to type the IP address for the other machine, even though Firewalla knows about it, so you probably want to reserve the target machine's IP address.

  Awesome.  I am ok with the IP address as I have it reserved for this device already.  I didn't even look to see that you could specify the port with the IP using the colon after the address.
