VPN Point-to-Point Ports and shared network devices

Me again,

 

I set up a PTP VPN between two Gold Routers

Looking at my app, I get them connected yet from PCs in the "client", I can't see any shared items in the VPN server.   Nor can I ping IPs in the server from the Client.

The Server network is 192.168.3.x and the client is 192.168.1.x both subnets are 255.255.255.0  

What am I missing?

  We changed the subnet from 255.0 to 252.0... that didn't solve the issue.
