Ok, thanks. I've done this and the internal devices on one side can't see the device on the other side.  They can all "ping" each other ... just can't access things like a printer or a NAS

    What am i missing

I got the VPNs to connect yet once it was connected, all PCs on each side could not the PCs or printers or Network shares on the other side.. both directions.

    Side one is 192.168.1.x 255.255.252.0

    Side two is 192.168.3.x 255.255.252.0

    Am I missing something?

    Thanks for helping a dumbass.

Can you ping from one side to another?

If know how to traceroute, run that command on a PC/MAC, and it should tell you when the packet get dropped.

Also, see this article; I think one side needs to open up some rules https://help.firewalla.com/hc/en-us/articles/5515850433683-Firewalla-Site-to-Site-VPN (last section, towards the end)
