IOS App - Can’t access unless on VPN

As the title suggests, I am not sure what heck has happened but I can only access my Firewalla Gold when I connect to a VPN service via my iPhone. App just refuses to even show anything apart from the logo if I’m on local wifi only. Very strange… anyone had similar issues? Can confirm I’ve got nothing blocking once I’ve logged in via VPN so this one is beyond me.

  Are you in UK? we heard there are some issues with the aws+BT

  I am indeed, plus I'm on BT.

  I had a feeling it might be AWS as I was having issues with a few other apps as well, though Firewalla has generally been working fine.
