I assume you are using DHCP mode?

If your router doesn't allow you to disable DHCP you can use this technique to force devices to get IPs from Firewalla. https://help.firewalla.com/hc/en-us/articles/360009259414-Setup-Guide-Routers-that-are-not-able-to-turn-off-DHCP-Service

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I'm in DHCP mode and DHCP is disabled on the router - which is why I'm confused that I'm getting an IP address from the Primary network.

Here are a few things to try:

    1. Make the LAN network on the router just 1 IP big so only FW can get an IP.
    2. You can also make the Primary network on FW small though I wouldn't think you need to.
    3. Make sure that the devices aren't using static IPs.
    4. If a device has an IP it may take a day for the IP lease to expire and get a new one so don't be surprised if during initial setup devices at first have an IP on the wrong network. If I remember, on Blue Plus DHCP mode you can't change the lease time. I think the default is one day.
