Firewalla has a list of blocking rules on the little box. This list is used to automatically block suspicious/abnormal behaviors. The rules in the list are either manually generated when you tap any "block" button on UI, or automatically generated by Firewalla cloud's intelligent AI agent. If you find that AI generated rules you don't agree, you can manually remove the rule from the App. For example, iTune Apple store is in the "All video sites" rule set, and it caused your device not able to access iTune Apple store. You can easily remove this rule. The step is same as removing any type of blocking rule. Here is the detail instruction:
Step 1: Tap on Rules button, and tap on the "All Video Sites" rule set
Step 2: Tap "All Video Sites" to open the rule list
Step 3: Find the domain *.itunes.apple.com, click on the remove from the popup dialog
Step 4: Once it is deleted, you will see a subdomain of itunes.apple.com, this also needs to be removed
Note: You may notice some AI generated rule cann't be removed, this is a bug, will be fixed in future release.
